Shipping and Handling
All orders will be shipped (F.O.B 97520) within 1-3 business days of order placement, with the exception of any back-ordered items. All packages will be shipped via the method selected by the customer. If the address provided is not deliverable by the carrier selected, we will contact the customer within 48 hours of when the order was placed. We take no responsibility for items in which shipping is delayed due to unforeseen carrier issues.
If an item on your order is back-ordered, we will contact you within two business days. You may choose to wait until the back-ordered item will be ready to ship, or you may choose to have the purchase price and shipping for that item refunded.
If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, we are happy to return your item within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the conditions below are met:
- Call Blue Feather Products (1-800-472-2487) within 30 days of the purchase date to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please write the RA number on the outside of your shipping box.
- Any items returned must be in unused condition, with the exception of defective items. Items must be shipped back to our company at the customer’s expense in such a way that it will not damage the product. We suggest customers ship back items using a traceable shipping method to avoid any issue with concerning receipt of the item.
- A copy of the original sales receipt with the RA number clearly written on it must be included with the return.
- If you would like to make an exchange, please enclose a note stating what you would like to exchange it for. If the item you wish to receive in exchange is more expensive than the original item, please enclose contact information so that we may contact you for the additional cost.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the item. The purchase price will be refunded to the original card used to place the order.
At Blue Feather Products we take pride in the quality and integrity of our products. If your product is defective in anyway, we will replace it. If you drop a holder and it happens to break, we are also happy to send a replacement casing for you the repair the item provided that you pay the shipping cost. To return a defective item please do the following:
- Call Blue Feather Products (1-800-472-2487) and let us know about your defective item. We will issue you a return authorization number. Please write this number clearly on the shipping container.
- Ship back the defective item and a copy of the original sales receipt with the RA # clearly printed on it.
- If you would like the replacement item to be sent to a different location than the previous shipping address, please include a letter with the new address in your return package.
- If you need a replacement plastic casing due to breakage, please give payment info for shipping charge when requesting the replacement.
